The best padel rackets of 2026 according to independent rankings
Published on 31 October 2026 · by Luca Bicchieri, PadelMetrix
Which are the best padel rackets of 2026? Instead of making yet another ranking, we combined those of two review sites that don't sell rackets: Padelful and PadelVerdict. The only racket in both rankings is Black Titan 2026: 8th on Padelful with 86/100 and 2nd on PadelVerdict with 9.0 (1st among attacking rackets). The other positions vary a lot from one source to the other, so a single ranking would be made up.
Watch the names: brands make several versions of the same model (for example the Metalbone HRD and HRD+, or the Viper Juan Lebrón and the Technical Viper). We kept them separate and linked to the PadelMetrix page only when the model is exactly the same.
Padelful's ranking
Padelful scores rackets from 0 to 100 on five aspects: power, control, ball exit, handling and sweet spot. Scores come from manufacturer data, analyst reviews and verified player opinions; the site says it does not test every racket in a lab (Padelful method). Ranking updated July 2026.

PadelVerdict's ranking
PadelVerdict rates eight parameters (power, spin, control, stability, comfort, handling, sweet spot, playability) and combines them into the Verdict Score, with penalties when comfort or sweet spot fall below a threshold and a correction based on cross-checking several sources. It also publishes a score per playing profile. It does not say whether tests are done in a lab or on court. Ranking updated April 2026.

How to use these rankings
Almost all the top rackets are models for advanced players, diamond or teardrop shaped, with high power scores. If you are a beginner or mostly play defence, look at PadelVerdict's "control" section or use our Find your racket selector.
Both sites state that they accept no paid placements and that they use affiliate links. PadelMetrix has no relationship with either.
